Terms of Use
You may not repost or redistribute the game or official-site text, images, audio, logos, or other assets as they are, or extract and distribute or sell them as standalone materials. Permissions under these guidelines apply only to material for which 灰エト holds the rights; they do not cover third-party materials. These guidelines do not restrict uses permitted by law.
Fan Creation Guidelines
Fan creations based on MOCHIKA AND THE SEVEN PASTRY SINS are welcome. Individuals may create and share fan art, comics, stories, and similar works. Please name the original work and make it clear that your creation is unofficial.
If money will be involved in a fan creation, including merchandise sales or other monetization, please contact us before publishing or distributing it.
Adult-themed fan works are permitted. However, given the original character settings, adult-themed depictions represent a setting or interpretation different from the original. Please clearly state this distinction so that your work is not mistaken for official canon.
Do not publish works that depict the characters being made to suffer, disregard their will or personalities, or contain material others may find offensive. This applies regardless of monetization or adult themes. Please treat the work and its characters with care.
If a published work does not follow these guidelines, we may ask for it to be revised or removed. If the request is not addressed or rights are infringed, we may consider contacting the relevant platform or taking legal steps, depending on the circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns about these guidelines, please contact us using the address below.
Streaming and gameplay video guidelines
Gameplay videos and live streams may cover the entire game, including spoilers. Ordinary monetization through video and streaming platforms is permitted. You may not extract and sell the game's images, audio, or other assets, or offer game content as paid content.
